We try to give you realistic prices when you initially contact us, as there is no point in us telling you low prices just to interest you…and then giving you a much higher exact price once we've collected your cushions.
Q I'm not located nearby, how do I get my cushions to you?
We send you specially made packaging and collect your precious cushions using reliable, trusted couriers.
Q Once you have my cushions, am I obligated to proceed?
We offer a 'nothing to lose' way of quoting – i.e. after giving you an estimated quote over the phone or by email, we collect your cushions. After we've seen and measured them accurately we contact you to discuss your cushions and the options open to you and of course give you an exact Quotation. If for any reason you then don't wish to proceed, we would return everything to you and you would owe us nothing. We think this has only happened once in over 28 years!
Q How long will you take to refill my furniture cushions?
We offer a prompt turn round. When we collect your cushions from you, we will have them transformed and delivered back to you within 10 days. We only need to collect one complete seat cushion (with its inner) and all the other covers (without inners). If you would also like your backrests refilled, then we would collect one complete backrest cushion and all the other backrest covers (without inners).
Q Do I have to refit the cushion covers myself?
We professionally refill all your cushion covers that we have collected. So you have nothing to fit or struggle with! Just put your cushions back onto your furniture and then see and feel the transformation!
Q Is your cushion refilling work guaranteed?
We offer a 5 year guarantee on our best filling grades.
Why not just buy a cut piece of foam online and fit it yourself?
You can buy cut pieces of foam very easily online, BUT, we have learnt in over 28 years of offering our Cushion Refilling Service that just putting a cut piece of foam in a cover does NOT work! Not only will it not fill the cover properly, but without the heavy Dacron Wadding and special 'doming' that is required, the cushion will very quickly look baggy and loose.
Obtaining the correct shaping required, to accurately fit your covers and then your sofa, is not easy. Our experience, of more than 28 years, refilling a myriad of cushion shapes, sizes and with different filling types, allows us to avoid the many pitfalls a less experienced company would experience.
During our Cushion Refilling service, we invariably have to shape your new foam, dome it, add various degrees of Dacron Wadding, and make numerous adjustments until we are entirely happy with the finished refilled cushion.
We don't claim to offer the cheapest method of refilling your cushions… but we DO feel confident in saying that we will carry out the job with more care, professionalism and experience than anyone else. The end result being that you will have transformed your furniture for many more years of comfort and enjoyment.
